Whole Wheat Honey Bread
I've tried numerous times to bake a loaf of bread my husband likes, and never succeeded...until this recipe. Not five minutes ago he spontaneously emailed me to tell me how much he liked this bread recipe. I've never known him do something like that before. WOW! This bread is very moist, which is exactly what we were looking for. I did add vital wheat gluten. Delish! =)

One Minute Chocolate Icing
We needed icing RIGHT NOW and didn't have any - allrecipes to the rescue! =) I loved this recipe because it used only a few basic ingredients. We didn't have butter so used margarine. I only had either skim milk or half-and-half in the fridge - guess which one I used. =D The icing turned out delicious. It is very thick and sticky so we plopped it on our cookies tout de suite. Yum. With a spoon and a cup of half-and-half you wouldn't need the cookie. =) I'm interested to see what the icing is like when it's cooled. Will I be able to get it out of the container it's in? Will I need to heat it up? Will I need to use that spoon and half-and-half? =) Whatever happens, it will no doubt be a delicious happening.

Southern Butternut Squash
My first attempt at this recipe wasn't too bad at all. =) The topping is deadly, and I'll leave it out the next time. I had only a small amount and needed a large glass of milk afterwards. It was delicious - but oh much too sweet. I'm looking forward to making the recipe again, perhaps with some of the adjustments other reviewers have suggested.
