Cherry Cheesecake
I found that even after blending the filling for 15 minutes with my stand mixer, there are still creamcheese lumps in it. So I am assuming I must have done something wrong. I did soften the cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave first... Also if you live in canada, the measurements are a little weird. The amount of CC you need for the recipe is a little less than a box of philly and if you buy eagle brand condensed milk its somewhere around a can and a half but i didnt have the patience to figure out the exact measure. I havent actually finished making the pie yet so i shouldnt even be reviewing but I thought I would add those thoughts before i forget.
