Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup
Its a great soup if you like curry. It is thick. So a little goes a long way!

Blueberry Crumb Bars
Easy and wonderful! It was even better when I added blackberries to the mix! This gives me an excuse to go to the local farm and pick pounds of berries!

Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Pie
My 1st attempt at a pumpkin pie from scratch! It turned out great! I do agree with another reviewer about doubling up on the spices! I would even add another pinch just if you like it spiced up like I do!
