Uncle Howie's Favorite Artichoke Dip
I have made this recipe over and over and over, and everyone RAVES about it. I do add a few extra cloves of garlic and have been known to use hot sauce in it from time to time. I also have used low fat cream cheese and mayo and it is still excellent. Thank you!!!

Lobster Tails Steamed in Beer
I have never made lobster tails before and this turned out very well. I will definitely do it again. I had two-4oz tails that were partially frozen. It took about 13-14 minutes. I used a light beer and added some garlic and there was no beer taste in the lobster.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta
My husband and I are pasta fanatics and this is by far one of the best pastas we have ever eaten. The taste is like nothing you would ever expect, but it is delicious. Typically I modify recipes to our spicy taste needs, but the only thing I did different was that I used both shrimp and scallops. I would recommend or serve this to anyone!
