Oatmeal Cocoa Macaroons
The flavour was good however they were so dry that I couldn't even keep them together.

Spiced Nuts I
I really enjoyed the flavour of these nuts, however, I was actually looking for something a little more "spicy". I think next time I will add about 1/8th of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Yum!

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly
I really enjoyed making this recipe with a friend and the end result is delicious!! I like things a little hotter so I added more jalapenos to my second batch. Does anyone know how to stop the mixture from boiling over and almost starting a fire?
