I am a mother of 4 and have two Grandchildren, one girl and one boy. I live in the country and enjoy horseback riding, photography, birds, butterflies, cooking, baking and family outings. I dream of having a job where I can photograph foods for publications. pies, cookies & cakes I make a heart shaped cake each year when Valentine's Day comes around. It started with me making one for my husband 36 years ago after purchasing an aluminum heart shaped set of baking pans in a 5 & Dime store. Each year I make it a different flavor and color/design, I often put a surprise center icing inside of it. Birthday Cakes can't remember any...I am sure there are some from the earlier days...ha ha ha
