This is such an easy recipe to follow and it is so delicious to eat! It was my first attempt to make Irish Soda Bread. I added a rounded 1/2 cup of raisins to the recipe which made it extra yummy! I recommend that you definitely use the size loaf pan stated in the directions because there is plenty of batter there. My loaf pan was an inch shorter and some of the batter did overflow when it rose.
