Breaded Parmesan Chicken

This chicken is PHENOMENAL! I'm not usually a fan of curry, but I found the recipe a couple weeks ago and figured I'd try it. I have made it four times since - I can't get enough of it! It's rare I find a recipe I don't "doctor" but for me, this recipe is perfect as is.

Mushroom and Swiss Chicken

I'm sitting here eating this dish as I type this (single girls do this kinda thing!), and all I can say is OH MY GOSH!! This is so good! The only variation I did was that I had some frozen chicken breasts that come marinated in tomato basil; it's what I had so I used them. They are to die for!! Thank you so much! This is getting saved to my recipe box in the top spot!

Italian Style Beef Sandwiches

this has become my favorite recipe for italian beef, BUT i do not use the stir fry mix they suggest. instead i add a jar of mild pepperocini's with the juice, and it is the perfect thing to boost the flavor. i've made it without the pepperocinis too and it just wasn't the same. they make the recipe.

Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

This casserole is very flavorful, my family loved it when I made it as a Thanksgiving side. However, keep an eye on it as its baking. I had a problem with it rapidly drying out in spite of the mayo/egg/soup mixture. I ended up mixing a can of cream of mushroom soup and some milk and pouring it over the top about 10 min. before it was done, and covering it with foil for the final bake. After that it was great.
