These were the first Oatmeal Raisin cookies I have ever made and I know I will be making ALOT because they are AMAZING. I used regular crisco because I didnt have butter flavored, which was fine and I didnt have any clove so I added a little ground ginger and nutmeg. I love these!!!

I finally found my favorite Apple Crisp recipe - YUMMO! I didnt have caramels for the top so I just poured on some ice cream caramel topping that I had. I made it for only me and my husband so I cut it in half and just put it in a little bread pan. Delicious!

I followed this recipe to the T and I dont think I will be making them again. I love stuffed mushrooms and have 4 or 5 different recipes I love but I havent found a seafood stuff mushroom recipe I like yet. I thought Id try this one but I didnt enjoy the canned shrimp and canned crab. I did like the cream cheese and how creamy they were, I also enjoyed the bread crumbs on top, but I will not be keeping this recipe.
