I'm not the biggest fan of key lime pie so I'm rating this based on my husband who I made the pie for. I followed the recipe exactly and he loved it. It was a pain to squeeze all those tiny limes but he said it was definitely better than before when I made it with the bottled key lime juice.

This sounded like an odd combination with the meat and spices but it was EXCELLENT! We loved it! I made it exactly as called for except used beef bullion instead of chicken since that was all we had. I did not have a problem with undercooked potatoes. I think the key there is to cut them really tiny which is what I did. We'll definately be having this again.

This was pretty good and easy to make. I did use chicken instead of fish based on other reviews and think that was the right decision. I will probably make it again.
