Baked Ziti I
Great recipe but definitely cover with tin foil before cooking. I prefer a ricotta/sour cream combo. VEGETARIANS - substitute a package of frozen chopped spinach for the beef. So so good.

Spiced Apple Coffee Cake
This is my recipe but changes have been made that make it more tedious than necessary. Simply mix the cake ingredients together until combined. No need for all the extra hassle; this recipe is forgiving. More dense than a coffee cake but just as delicious. Enjoy!

I love this recipe. Great for beginners. Bagged coleslaw mix and a food processor makes this a great last minute meal. I use veggie pork for a delicious and easy vegetarian dish.
