I'm 35 years old, living in Beautiful British Columbia with my husband of 8 years and our adorable, but crazy, 5 year old son. My husband is a musician, so I tend to do a lot of cooking for large groups. They prefer pasta, spanish/mediterranean, mexican and just about anything else I will cook! The husband's band is a mix of Flamenco, Salsa & Rumba so anything goes for the group! My Mother & Grandmother were both caterers...so it's not so far off for me to be very involved in the kitchen1 Most of my new favorites come from All Recipies - anything to do with Beef Tenderloin will be high on my list! My best dish is one that I created when I was 17 - Peanut Butter Cheesecake! I have not posted it on All Recipies yet! When I was 11, I was helping my Grandma bake cookies and used 1/3 cup salt instead of 1/3 tsp.! My brothers have never let me forget it!
