Oven Roasted Potatoes
Good but if you don't have all the spices it's okay! Make sure you turn them!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
I changed this one around a little. I used white wine instead of red and mushrooms instead of onions and celery. I poured the wine and seasonings on top of the meat and then put the mushrooms in the wine around the pork and let marinate for a few hours. The mushrooms were awesome and the meat was so juicy!
