Fresh Strawberry Pie I
this was so easy and so delicious! I followed the measurements exactly except i only made one pie. I used chocolate graham cracker crust. I will be making this dessert a lot! Thanks for the recipe!

Peppy's Pita Bread
excellent recipe! I want to share this with everybody I know (or maybe not, so they are impressed when I make it for them!) It was the very first recipe I made in my bread maker. I didn't place them in the oven, but used the griddle like some suggested. Mine didn't puff up but honestly, I didn't really put much time into the rolling process. Next time, I'll try to make them prettier. These were the best pitas I've had, EVER! My entire family loved them. We ate them with hummus, but they were the star. I will make these very often. Thanks so much!

Greek Style Potatoes
I read that some people had cut down on the water or oil, but i decided to try the recipe as is. The only change I made was to throw the potatoes in the bowl to get the mix spread evenly, and i used vegetable bouillon. I used red potatoes which have a really thin skin, so I didn't peel them. I did cook them covered as suggested to make sure they cooked all the way through, but uncovered them the last half hour so they would brown. I had made extra hoping to have some for tomorrow's meal, but they are all gone! It's very difficult for potatoes to actually absorb the flavoring but this one did it. One of the best potato recipes I've tried. Thanks for sharing it!
