Chicken Rice Casserole
Well, my kids LOVED it, but I thought it was a failure. I didn't like the flavor at all. Wished I hadn't added the mayo - - I could taste it too much and wish I had added more veggies and maybe some cheese. Bland at best. :-(

Gazpacho Slaw
This dish was great! Nice, full flavor and really easy to throw together. Nutritional value is great also!
