Busy Day Chicken
so easy! I'm all about low effort and it doesn't get less complex than this! It was great and the whole family loved it. I think I might try it with some other sauces and dressings in the future (salad dressings,pasta sauces.. you name it!)

Buttery Cooked Carrots
I was not as impressed as others with this recipe. I love sweet dishes, but this one was too much. The sauce was very runny and the sweetness was overpowering. Cut the brown sugar by half and add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce and MAYBE you'll have a palatable dish.

Broccoli Rice Casserole
I do love this recipe and someone always brings it to family functions. However, I think that the celery and onion are too much and take away from the broccoli and cheese. If you do add the onion, only use half of what is called for or you wil only taste onion.
