Champagne Shrimp and Pasta
This was delicious. However, I think you need to let the sauce soak in for a bit before serving. It was actually better as leftovers as the flavors had more of a chance to meld. Company will be very impressed by this dish.

Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti
I followed other reviewers recommendation of using two whole eggs and the recipe turned out perfectly. Although, I made one log instead of two -I don't really see how this recipe would have made two logs unless the biscotti were tiny. The dough was sticky, but I was fine just wetting my hands. I had no problem cutting the biscotti - I think it probably has to do with using the right knife. Overall, this recipe is wonderful and I would make it again tomorrow!

Apple Crunch Pie I
I think I might owe my boyfriend's parents fondness for me to this pie. I brought them one when I first met them and his dad didn't stop talking about it for weeks. Everyone I've made this pie for has LOVED it. The brown sugar crust really makes it something different.
