About this Cook
I am a country girl raised on a farm, so I've been cooking since I could look over the kitchen counter with the help of a stool. I recently married. My husband is an Aussie, so i've been having fun trying out new recipes from Australia.
My favorite things to cook
Anything new! And of course all my old yummy recipes!

Baked Potato Soup V
Sooo good.. i added a ton more bacon and used 1% milk and it turned out wonderful.. i also made it again using skim milk and it wasn't quite as good.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I made this for a family get together. I added feta cheese and that's the only alteration I did. Except toasting the almonds and sesame seeds in the oven. I personally didn't like the taste of the salad, i thought it was too oily, but I'm rating this off of my family's opinion and they loved it.
