I made them first with Sprite as others have suggested and then as the recipe called for and used water. Water was by far better. It was much too sweet for us with the sprite. They were great.

Yummy and perfect for the holidays. The recipes made a lot of dressing is the only thing I could say - but I saved it for another day.

I actually thought this was better before I added the peanuts and the peanut butter. Is that crazy or what? Totally changed the dish in my mind but not for the better.

This was really good! I usually make a rice stuffing and prefer it but as far as bread stuffings - this was awesome! I had trouble finding the turkey livers and used chicken liver instead...but got a lot of "EWWWWWs" from the kids. I am not sure if it really was needed and will probably leave out the livers next next time. I think it would be hard to find a better bread stuffing.

I made the yogurt souce and instead of letting the chicken marinate in it...I rolled the chicken breasts in it and baked it till tender. I poured out the rest of the marinade. I added less salt to it by the way.... Ok...Then I whipped up the cream sauce on the stove and when the chicken was done I poured it over the baked chicken and served it over rice. Ok...I did not grill it - but it was "a keeper" according to the hubby. The rest of the family raved and I thought it was heaven. I am not sure how it differed from the regular way of cooking it - but with those kind of reviews from the family - I think I will make it the same say next time. The chicken was tender and the flavor was awesome!

This is great. Have you ever been to Cheese Cake Factory and ordered their tamale corn cake appetizer? They serve their corn cakes topped off with chunks of avacado and pico de gallo on top. Ok..so I did the same thing. I can not imagine eating this without anything on top. To me..it would not be NEARLY as good and kind of boring. Try it with the topping for a 5 star recipe!!!!Otherwise, to me, it is just a 3-4 star thing. The Masa Harina - was easy to find. I just got it at the local Walmart in the baking aisle.

I have had better peanut noodles. This was just ok. Missing something. I think when I made it before with another recipe - it had some teriyaki sauce. Something was missing here.

FABUlOUS - no need to buy the mix - had all the ingredients - saved myself a trip to the store!

I love coconut rice - I wasn't sure at first but now it is going to be a regular. YUM!
