Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta
excellent!! but i would agree with other reviewers to double the amount of spinach and decrease the amount of feta (only used 6oz). next time i'm going to use canned tomatoes in the actual cooking and for presentation purposes atop the pasta with wilted spinach, "real" cubed tomatoes, and sprinkle some cheese.
