Salsa Cube Steaks
We liked this one and I will make it again. However, I didn't like the cummin, so will go with just the salsa next time. Curry might be an alternative if more spicy taste is needed. It's a good, quick dinner.

Granny's Cherokee Casserole
This was a good quick meal. I used Sargento's Mexican shredded cheese instead of cheese slices and it worked very well. Nice meal with salad.

Chow Mein Noodle Casserole
We liked this. I used 1 1/2 cups of rice and that seemed just right for the amount of ground beef. I used ideas from others and added ginger, garlic powder and water chestnuts. I think next time I will add mushrooms too. Will definitely make this again soon.
