Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
The best cream cheese frosting that I've ever had. I've tried it on carrot cake, poppy seed cake and even as a dip for fresh fruit. I recently used it as the filling for the raspberry trifle recipe on this site and it turned out fantastic. Looking forward to trying it on many different kinds of cake. I think you could use it as a substitute for whipped cream on many desserts as well ... pumpkin pie comes to mind. Thanks for a great recipe!
