Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker
this was awesome! I served it over mashed potatoes!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I used this sauce when cooking Pork Ribs. OMG it was amazing. the only things I did to the sauce was to reduce it to get it thicken & added some Tabasco sauce for kick. I put it on the ribs for the last 45 min in the oven and they were fabulous -- even better the next day. Thank you!

Blackberry Cobbler
I found that the cobbler portion of this recipe did not turn out as I hoped it would. It had a texture and taste not unlike a very thick pancake. Whereas, the berry portion was quite good, not too sweet or sour. Unfortunately the "dough" taste, has made this a recipe I will not be making again.
