Angel Food Cake III
Everyone loved it. I read some of the other reviews before baking, so I reduced the baking time, and it came out perfect.

Cranberry Chutney I
Loved it. I didn't have any apple cider vinegar, so I added apple juice instead. I also added cinnamon sticks in addition to the ground cinnamon.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes II
They were the hit at Thansgiving. I did make a couple of changes, I used Red potatoes, I added 2 crushed chicken bouillon cubes and a clove of sauted garlic.
