Curried Shrimp Bisque
Fantastic and so easy. Don't skip the brandy..it really rounds out the flavor and the alcohol will cook out. My son loved this so much he wanted the leftovers for breakfast!

West Indian Curried Chicken
Really fantastic, this recipe is simple and VERY satisfying! As with any recipe, adjust the salt to your own taste. Regular curry is just fine. For a little color, add peas or frozen chopped broccoli....yummy!

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes
Pretty tasty, great winter comfort food. I used smoked polish sausage..mmmmmm. I would recommend first frying up the sausage until halfway cooked, without adding oil. That will tell you if your sausage is oily enough to add the potatoes without adding any additional oils.
