Cranberry Meatballs
I liked these. I made them as cocktail meatballs for Christmas and they filled 3 cookie sheets. The recipe says it serves 7, but it makes a lot! I left them in the oven too long though (for the smaller size) and the bottoms got a little burnt. They still tasted fine in the sauce.

Thanksgiving Won Tons
These were actually better than I thought they would be. I added 5 oz. of cream cheese just because we are so used to making crab wonton that way. When I tasted the filling before they were cooked, I wasn't sure if people would like them. However, after they were fried they were really good. I have tried baking and frying wonton and the taste is so much better if you take the time to fry. It's a big difference. The easiest way is to put about 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet and let them fry for a minute on each side.

Luscious Slush Punch
This was good, but the main problem I had was that it didn't melt fast enough. Basically I served 7-Up with a block of frozen punch in the middle of the punch bowl. When the guests left 3 hours later it was just about right. It was slushy. I still have the one container frozen and will serve it at a party in 2 weeks, but I am going to let it defrost about an hour before the party before pouring 7-Up over it.
