Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Great Recipe! Theyreally do come out fluffy and thick, not "airy and empty". Have made these several times now and it is now a permanent for us. The only difference I make is adding more sugar and/or splenda because we prefer a sweeter pancake and don't use syrup. Yu can also do 1 c White and 1/2 cup wheat flour and get a good result. they come out a little less fluffier and a bit less fluffy/break apart-able but still really good and it's a tiny bit more healthy with the fiber. Thanks for a great recipe. Give this a try, it comes out great!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These came out great! I did use all butter as I have no Shortening but had to cook them for 11 minutes to get them to cook all the way. Might be my electric over and elevation though. i would probably add a little more spice next time - but just because I like things kicked up! All in all. everyone is eating them up as I type. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Loved it! My [11 yr old] son is a picky eater and it's hard to get him to eat anything "soupy" but he even liked it! A keeper for sure. Thanks!!
