Luscious Slush Punch
This punch is outstanding--light, refreshing. I cut back the sweetness a bit, using about half the sugar and it was better, we thought. I like it best with Cranberry Splash Sierra Mist soda. We also liked it with a little more of the soda in it. I also made a batch with sugar-free jello, Splenda, light fruit juices and diet Cranberry Sierra Mist. Absolutely wonderful.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
Well, what more can I add to all those "5 star ratings"? These were primo, and I even messed them up (was too tired and not paying attention) even though I knew what the recipe said, I forgot to dust them first and then dip. However. Didn't matter all that much. I used a big fat Vadalia Onion, and man were they sweet ! Hubby said "there's no wild onion taste to these at all". We had them with steak on the grill and a couple of Coors lites. Hmmmmmm, mama. THANKS for the recipe.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
I have made this for years. Key is to squeeze out the spinach until it screams. The tradition in this region is to hollow out a loaf of sweet Hawian bread, put the dip in the hollow; slice the bread you removed into small rectangles and use as dippers. mmmmmmm....scrumptious.
