Pumpkin Cookies V
VERY good cookies! I used a 2" scoop and baked for 18 minutes and they turned out beautiful! I took the advice of another reviewer and added another cup of powdered sugar to the very thin icing and dipped the tops of the cookies to reduce the mess. I yielded 5 dozen cookies!
