My cooking triumphs
Everyone in my family frequents a wonderful Mexican restaurant here where I live because they make a wonderful Mole Sauce served on cheese enchiladas. I've been searching for a recipe similar and have almost mastered it.

Lemon Chewy Crisps
Wonderful recipe. I substituted orange for the lemon and added extra zest & juice. Can't wait to try with lemon too. Amazing!

Quick Chicken Peanut Mole with Cilantro Rice
Wonderful mole. I added extra chili powder (some chipolte too), extra dark cocoa, brown sugar (to sweeten it up a bit) and some cornstarch to thicken it. Excellent!

Brilliant Sauteed Broccoli
