My cooking triumphs
Everyone in my family frequents a wonderful Mexican restaurant here where I live because they make a wonderful Mole Sauce served on cheese enchiladas. I've been searching for a recipe similar and have almost mastered it.

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
This is a wonderful soup. I used chicken sausage instead of ground beef and the flavors were amazing. One of my favorite soups to make now. Those I've served it to love it as well.

Avocado Feta Salsa
Fixed this over the weekend for a camping group. As others suggested, I used fresh cilantro because that's what I had on hand. Added freshly ground black pepper too. I never got to taste it because it was gone so quickly. Everybody asked me for the recipe. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Fry Sauce
I'm from Utah and have fixed this sauce for many years. I've always added a tsp or two of fresh lemon juice and some worcestershire sauce. Add a nice extra zing to it! People in the rest of the country just don't know what they're missing!
