Banana Bread I
I replaced 1/2 cup of the white sugar with brown sugar, added a tsp. of vanilla and some chopped walnuts, and baked the mixture in a muffin pan. It yielded 15 moist, dense banana nut muffins. My roommates ate nearly all of them within an hour of their emergence from the oven...
