Beefy Baked Ravioli
This recipe was pretty good. I used spinach/cheese ravioli that I bought from Costco and pre-cooked before baking. It seemed like I didn't have enough sauce to layer, so next time I will double the pasta sauce and add mushrooms and olives. I ended up with cheese as the last layer, so for the last five minutes of cooking, I took off the aluminum foil so that the cheese will brown on top. For an added kick, I sprinkled red pepper flakes on top. Yummy!
