I am a devout christian and a true believer in the Lord, Jesus Christ. I am married to a wonderful man of God who loves his family and ministry dearly. My 2 children are the greatest gifts the Lord has bestowed upon me and I have the priviledge of homeschooling them. I am so blessed to be surrounded by such people who enrich my life daily. Dessert, definitely, my favorite meal of the day! =) Pasta dishes, anything with chicken and anything that can be prepared quickly and with little effort but flavorful. We love to cook breakfast for dinner every now and then. The kids help set the table and pour the orange juice or coffee, while mom and dad are preparing peanut butter pancakes with honey butter or french toast made with challah bread and some turkey sausage on the side along with scrambled eggs. Yum! Mostly everything I try baking usually comes out good. I was really nervous about a lemon cheesecake I made recently and I was very proud of myself. It came out quite nicely thanks to the recipe I got from this site. When I first got married, I wasn't at all experienced with cooking. Need I say more?? (he-he) I used to over season everything and the food was so salty that it was almost inedible. Poor hubby, he ate it anyway so not to make me feel so bad. We had to guzzle down lots of water afterward. He says I've come a long way from then. Thankfully!!
