Ricotta Cheese Cake
This was moist , light and delicious! I put the left over cake in the refrigerator covered and it was even better the second and third day. Everyone asked for the recipe. I'll be making this again for sure.

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms
I made these for Thanksgiving and they were great. I used less butter than the recipe called for and it was fine. I also used yellow and red bell pepper instead of the green. I will be making these again and again!

Cola Pot Roast I
I made this tonight for dinner and it was very good. I used crushed tomatoes with italian seasoning already in it instead of the stewed tomatoes and spagehetti sauce mix. I adjusted the seasonings with salt,pepper, garlic powder, and parsley as it cooked. I also sliced the roast and returned it to the pot for the last 1/2 hr of cooking.
