I love baking and decorating cakes! Wedding cakes are my favorite! The first wedding cake I made. I made a wedding cake for my niece in the summer. It was a very hot and humid day and the cake kept crumbling while I was trying to icing it. I ended up making the cake 3 tiers instead of 4 and having the bottom tier already cut up and put on plates ready to serve.
