Amazing! This is so versatile you can create different variations. I do alter mine & have made several different ways & they always taste great. I add a beef bouillon cubes, Greek seasoning & a dash of Worchester and it tastes like French onion soup. Wrapped tightly in foil. I have also tried cinnamon & brown sugar for a different twist. Love it. Be creative

As much as I wanted to Love this salad. I didn't. Taste like a taco salad with your meat & the dressing was very slimy- Oily. I think I'll stick to a 7 layer salad or something else. Thanks for the post though. I like trying new things.

Great! Although, I did omit the raisins & nuts. I did use 8 oz. of sour cream & you may want to reduce the brown sugar a bit. It is for the sweet tooth but it is Wonderful!

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed: May 12, 2007
You're not kidding, This is Finger licking good. Mine was not runny although after reading other reviews I did the following: Added a little more mayo to the mixture to thicken it a bit and didn't use all of the sauce in the coleslaw. I did let mine set in the fridge for couple of hours. *NOTE* for the one who said it wasn't creamy enough----You MUST use buttermilk

These are FANTASTIC! ~~~Yummmmm~~~ I did keep them in a ball overnight so the flavors would savor. My family & friends couldn't get enough of them & devoured every one. Thanks this is a super duper recipe. I didn't have any problem with mine falling thru the grate, maybe because I left them in a big ball after mixing & let set overnite

Had a good Flavor but It came out soggy & the breading didn't stick?? I followed this to a T. I also did the dry wet dry per other reviewers. I too had to add cornstarch to thicken & leave lid off @ the end because it was soggy & the breading was everywhere.

Awesome! If you like French onion Soup then you will LOVE this recipe! I do mine a weee bit different, I buy the biggest vidillia onion & cut the "core" on top out. Squirt butter in the hole, a splash of worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper.. Wrap tightly in foil & grill 30-45 minutes. A MUST if you are camping on the grill! Enjoy, Also good with sprinkling some parmesan cheese on top. All kinds of things you can add!

Fantabulous! I too altered this recipe a bit. I USED 1/2 STICK butter, I think the submitter did a lil' typo stating cup instead of stick. Anyhoot, I added more seasonings to my crumbs 2 tsp. Italian bread crumbs a dash or two of Parm. cheese, onion powder, garlic powder & Tony's. This was DELISH!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2005
I prepared this Christmas eve with a few changes from others. I made this with 6 eggs, maple sausage. I used 1/2 cup croutons & 6 slices of toated bread. Added about 2 teaspoons green chili's for enough zip & not a lot of hot so my children would eat this. I agree 9x13 makes this to thin. I used a 11x7 & will use a 8x8 or 10x10 next year. This was Wonderful, A NO fail recipe. Pop in the oven while family is opening presents or make this for anytime of year. To good to only make once a year!

We loved this. I did REDUCE the amount of butter to ONLY 1/4 cup, that maybe why some reviewers gave a lower rating because it was to soggy. Reduce the amount of butter & it will turn out Perfect! I also added 1/2 t. cinnamon and 1/2 t. nutmeg to topping when mixing it. This is a keeper!

I agree moist but lots of work. I have a similiar recipe that requires 1/2 the butter, no flour, no baking powder & it's great. No need in some of these ingredients. Use jiffy cb mix instead of flour & baking powder. Crumble bacon in mix as well & its awesome!
