Garlic Feta Dip

This recipe is amazing. I would have been happy to sit down and eat up the entire bowl. I made it as a dip for pita chips to have on Easter Sunday. The only changes I made was to drain the yogurt in a coffee filter over night and also to add a tablespoon of dried oregano. The result was yummy!!

Pan-Fried Asparagus

Good recipe - I made a few changes that make it 5 star in my book. I cut out the butter to save on the calories and just used olive oil. I then replaced the black pepper with white pepper for something a little different. The recipe as written is very good but the alterations I made still produced an amazing dish that was raved about - there were no left overs.

Cream Cheese Spritz

Great recipe and is a standard in my Christmas baking (I would get in trouble with my sister if it weren't). The one change I made that makes such a big difference, is to use butter flavored shortening. Yummo - combined with the cream cheese and the lemon extract, it makes a perfect Christmas cookie!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Awesome melt-in-your-mouth cookie. The only change I made was to add a splash of Vanilla extract to give it a little something extra. Other than that, just play around with the different jams.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Wonderful recipe! The only thing I did different was, I found Andes baking pieces in the store so I mixed 2 cups of them up with the dough and skipped the "frosting" portion. They are so yummy...I plan to give them as Christmas gifts.

Apricot and White Chip Cookies with Almonds

This recipe was wonderful. Since I had already baked apricot bars, I substituted the dried apricots for dried cranberries. Yum! The white chocolate went so well with the cranberries!!
