Spaghetti Pie II
I love this recipe. My whole family loves it also. the only thing that i change is use ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. I also mix a little of the mozzarella in with the ricotta.

Old-Fashioned Soft Sugar Cookies
I make these cookies every year for the Holidays and a few times through out the year. Instead of cinnamon and sugar on top I sprinkle with colored sugar for a holiday look.

Jeweled Thumbprints
I Made these last year for the holidays and everyone loved them. I used a bunch of different flavored preserves.
