Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This chili is fantastic! It has just the right amount of heat and can be altered to fit your personal taste. I only changed a couple things - I used real bacon crumbles instead of the bacon bits and sauteed the onions in the bacon grease before adding them to the mix. Hey - I'm going for flavor, not health, here! I also added 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips and some fresh cilantro. I also substituted brown sugar for the white sugar. Ooh did it make my tastebuds dance! You will love this recipe - be sure to give it a try!

Easy Turkey Gravy
Easy to make and a hit! This was my first time preparing Thanksgiving Dinner for the family, so I wanted to make it easy, but not seem easy. This gravy helped a lot!
