Chocolate Cream Pie II

This would have been a 5 star no doubt, but I followed the recipes exact and it did not set right. I was making this in a hurry so I didn't have a chance to read other reviews. The taste was AWESOME! My DH said since it didn't set right it would be a great dessert layered in a glass with cool whip and gramcracker crumbs. Next time I will make sure to do as others and increase the corn starch and replace 1 cup of milk with cream. Thanks for posting the recipe.

Coconut Shrimp I

My family LOVED this recipe. I doubled the shrimp amount. The beer batter and coconut was the perfect amount. I didn't have any product left over.

Perfect Baked Potato

I had these in the oven for 1 hour, but I guess they needed to cook longer. I ended up putting them in the microwave to be cooked all the way through. I don't know how I screwed this up but I did. Taste was still good.

Cheesy Beef Tetrazzini

I added 1 cup of frozen peas and frozen corn to the cream cheese mixture. This was very good, but my DH thought it was baked ziti with different noddles. Also I baked this in a 9x13 pan because I didn't have the pan per instructions.

Deep South Fried Chicken

I've made this dish several times and ALWAYS get it requested again. My problem is my DH likes Spicy chicken and I can't seem to get it spicy enough. I've seasoned before flour, seasoned after flouring but I just can't seem to get it spicy enough. I will try as Lynn A suggested and hopefully it works. I still Love this recipe because my chicken is always cooked all the way through.

Chili in a Bread Bowl

The chili was very good! I did brown my ground beef with garlic and salt and peper! Very easy to make and my DH loved it! The bread was weird alone you have to put the chili all over it! I think I was expecting something different.. not sure what, but something else! I know I will make the chili again! Thanks!

This was very good! I would have given a 5 star, but since the maple sausage was a bit too sweet for us next time I will use regular sausage or a spicy sausage! Then it will be a 5 star for sure! I will for sure use this again! Thanks!

Chicken Fried Chicken

This was very easy to make! My DH liked it, but said it was ok and maybe next time if I make it again I need to thin out the chicken! He didn't realize it was chicken fried chicken.. he thought it was just a different type of breaded chicken. Probably my fault!
