Corn Dip II
First of all, this makes A LOT of dip! Secondly, it was a little bland. I really liked the flavors that are put together here, but I think it could use a touch of chili powder and maybe a little enchilada sauce...? Overall it's not bad, but needs a little kick.

Hot Jezebel
I am not a fan of horseradish, but I absolutely love the sweet/spiciness of this! It's very creamy, so you'll need a firm/crisp cracker to go with it.

Cheese Filled Triangles
These were very tasty, but I just couldn't get them to look pretty. I'm not great with pastry, I guess. I would recommend practicing with the phyllo dough to get the hang of it but even if you can't quite get them to look right, they will taste just fine!
