I have traveled all over the united states and lived in many states. I am inspired by simple ingrediants making the perfect dish. Mexican food, spanish and Asain food. Well my mother was the micorwave queen. This wasn't her fault due to the fact that she was a very hard working RN. I had to learn how to cook on my own. Thanks to cookbooks and A LOT of trials, I have made cooking my career. I have to say I owe my happy cook life to my non-cooking wonderful mom. I grew up on Mexican food. I then moved to massachusetts, where there is not one mexican food rest.. I have found that even compaires to what the west has. So, I have had to make my own. After years of trying. I have a couple of authentic recipes that reminde me of the wonderful memories of texas. Some people don't like Mexican food because they don't like spice they say.... When they say this I just shake my head in disgust because they just haven't had good mexican food. I feel I must help them understand what they are missing. Not starting earlier
