All American Roast Beef
I had never made a roast beef before, but when I saw how easy this recipe was I decided to try. My family is so happy I did. We have had it 3 times since Christmas. My husband wants a meat slicer now to make sandwichs out of it.

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds
These are the best I have ever had. They take some time to cook, but they are well worth it. My son is a picky eater, but he ate these like they were candy.
