Amanda's Stuffed Peppers

I made these for dinner last night. I'm not a big stuffed pepper fan, but my daughter went back for seconds. I used small peppers out of the garden. I ended up with about 9 stuffed peppers.

Asparagus Cheese Soup

Excellent recipe. I like that there is no cream. Very easy to make. I didn't have any white pepper, but it was fine with black pepper.

My girls think this is the best. They ask me to make it at least once a week. At first I thought it had to much Lemon, so I tried putting in less. It just wasn't the same. The recicip[i is great just the way it is.

Crab Spread I

I make this all the time and its a great hit. I use the imitation crab meat sold in the refrigerator section. I grate the crab meat up in a food processor and then mix in the cream cheese well, then I pour the cocktail sauce over. It turns out great everytime.

Spinach Artichoke Feta Ball

I accidentally bought the tomato basil feta cheese and didn't have time to run back to the store. I dumped it in and left out the ranch dressing mix. I took it to a family picnic and it was gone in minutes. Thanks for the recipe.
