Amanda's Stuffed Peppers
I made these for dinner last night. I'm not a big stuffed pepper fan, but my daughter went back for seconds. I used small peppers out of the garden. I ended up with about 9 stuffed peppers.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice
I made theese today. Haven't been able to stop eating them. Very good and very easy to make.

Spicy Brown Mustard Chicken
Chicken turned out very tender and the flavor was excellent. My children loved it. Well make again.
