Recently moved out of home and to another country. Now have to do all the cooking myself (rather than most of it!!) and while away the hours at work looking at this website. - Roast Dinners - Gooey oozy chocolate brownies. - Asian dishes (particularly Thai) - Anything with penne My Mum cannot cook so it is my Dad who does most of the work. Barbecues in summer with loads of salad and prawns. My first ever roast chicken dinner - crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Gravy - can't seem to get it right!
