Quick Quiche
Love this recipe because substitution still makes it easy and delicious! Didn't have Swiss so used Colby Jack, added a can of diced tomatoes and instead of all purpose flour, I used Bisquick. Came out delicious. The bisquick kind of makes a crust at the bottom. Really good and super easy!

Garlic Chicken
The taste deserves 5 stars but the cooking time and temp should be 2 stars. 425 is way too high for chicken breasts. It dried mine out. As recommended, I used butter instead of olive oil. The flavor is delicious but I recommend baking at 350 instead.

Creamy Pork with Sour Cream Sauce
Easy recipe. I skipped the rosemary and put on the gravy at the end. The TIME IS WRONG. It does not take 1 hour to bake. I baked it for 1 hour and it was a little burnt. I think 40 minutes is long enough for this dish. It still turned out good but the timing is very wrong.
