Chex(R) Muddy Buddies(R)
Super duper easy, although I microwaved chocolate and peanut butter mixture a little longer until it rendered smooth. Be sure you use a big enough bowl! Made so much that I gave half of it to my neighbors and they ate them all up!

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
I couldn't find any Neufchatel cheese, so I purchased chive and onion cream cheese instead and it worked fine. Don't use too much prosciutto, and use the recommended 3 spears to each prosciutto or else it will be toooo salty! I steamed my asparagus for a few minutes before placing in the oven ti soften it up a little bit. Everyone liked it but remember,3 spears to each slice of prosciutto!

Antipasto Squares
Really easy to make and EVERYONE loves it! Made this for girls game night and everyone loved these little sandwiches. I did use hard salami instead of Genoa and it tasted better. No other changes, very simple and very delicious! To heat up the next day.. heat it up in a skillet to get the same flakey crust!
