Mushroom Round Steak
This was easy and excellant. I used 10 ounces of sliced fresh mushrooms instead of canned and I also used the cornstarch as I found it was needed. The sour cream made it dynamite. I served it with oven roasted red potatoes cooked in beef broth and smothered in roasted onions. Good combination. Will make again.

Halibut Supreme
Just tried and this is fantastic. Very tsaty and different. I also used 1/2 parmesan and 1/2 cheddar cheese. I salt and peppered fish and sprinkled it with garlic powder before speading sauce over. My husband felt it was gourmet quality. Will definitely make again.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
I just made this and we absolutely love it. I made it with two large, boneless chicken breats instead of four. It came out perfect as is, with no changes. I would double the ingredients if I were using four breasts.This is really TERRIFIC !!
