Beer Dip I
I made this for a tailgate yesterday and it was a HUGE hit. In fact, when I left, I was asked to leave the dip! I used other recommendations and mixed very well so it wouldn't be lumpy. I also added about 1/4 cup of sour cream to readuce lumps. I used a simple Bud Light for the beer and chilled overnight. I served with the thick pretzel sticks and it was great! Will definitely make again- very easy!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These muffins were everything they said! Very easy to make and my entire family loved them- they thought they tasted better than a bakery. I did have the problem of the middle sinking in, so next time I will use other's advise on the cinnamon and sugar topping. I used frozen blueberrys and they were great! Definitely a keeper!!

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
These were very good. I have a 3 year old and 2 year old and they loved them. Definitely should be used as a side dish- too rich for a main entree. I added more cheese and used milk instead of water. I also took other's recommendations and heated the potatoes and onions for 10 minutes in microwave before putting in crockpot. Definitely a keeper!
