Mom's Zucchini Bread
The flavour is very good but it took much longer to bake - just as the other reviewer pointed out. Had to turn out onto a cooling rack and put back into the oven on top a sheet pan and bake at 350 for another half hour!!!

Tzatziki Sauce I
Add about half a shredded English cucumber and it's PERFECTION. I drained my yogurt for two days in the fridge and followed all the measurements to the "T" and it was absolutely fab! Great job!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Yummy! "Brown butter". My new favorite flavour! This was really nice and bf who doesn't like parmasan said it was good in this dish! I think some toasted almonds would be really nice to try added to it.
